DESTRUCTION OF WOODED RESERVES IN CHIAPAS AND OAXACA .

The secretary of Ecology and Environment of the Green Party, Mariana Boy Tamborrell, demanded the federal government to emit the totality of the handling plans to immediately obtain the necessary care of the protected natural areas (ANP) of the country The ecological leader assured that only 57 the 166 ANP whom there is in Mexico, count on the handling plan that establishes the General Law of Ecological Balance and Protection to Ambiente (LGEEPA), whereas the rest is in disaster situation She indicated that our country occupies the fifth place between the 17 nations with megadiversity in the world, but it is constantly threatened by the population growth, the clandestine cutting and by the constant breach of the legal mechanisms of protection of the environment Tamborrell remarked that every year a million hectares of wooded reserve are lost and it takes place the disappearance of hundreds of thousands of species of flora and fauna, mainly in states like Chiapas and Oaxaca, where is located more than half of the biodiversity that owns the country
